Kong Sang Koon is the Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan name and it is supposed to be the named after the Chinese master who taught chuan fa (kempo) to the Okinawans. The techniques in the form are representative of the art he taught. The Moo Duk Kwan version doesn't have the spinning jump kick either.
