Yeah, I know how that goes. It's tough to train when you're balancing all that other stuff. I know that feeling well. It's cool though that you seem to be keeping it up, and finding time to coach other students. Hopefully you'll be ready soon for the big comeback. Best of luck to you there - hope it happens for you.
Interesting read, on DT. Definitely different than anything I've ever done. One question: since they do 12 sets of 2 reps each in a 12-minute period (IIRC), does this mean that they usually train with heavier weights? Or is it lighter weights, since it's more sets? Or does it matter? I don't think they really say in the article, which is why I ask.

I finally got a copy of my comeback fight/exhibition referenced a couple of pages back on this thread. It took three plus years, but here it is. I was really chubby, but I did a lot better than I thought. Too bad I crashed and burned with that injury later on.
