The Judo Gi Store.
Has anyone ever ordered from them before? I ordered a judo gi last week and so far theres been no activity on my order update, and they havent answered any of their emails, and when I called it said the store was closed for the holidays and I couldn't leave a message. Anybody had this expirience before? Am I ok to wait, or should I cancel my order through my credit card co? I check my card and nothign has been credited yet from my card. Thanks for any info you could give me.

If it's this place, they have an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, but they have only had two claims in the past 36 months:

With my experience with the BBB, it's not uncommon for really good businesses to have an unsatisfactory rating.
I would think that you should have had some contact from them at least on your order status. Have they charged your CC already?Jason Robins

Joe,
I've moved your thread to Services, Supplies & Equipment. Good luck with your order.

Funny you mentioned that website. My wife and I have been inquiring about doing an online store and whent to a free seminar on e-Commerce last Thursday. The guy that runs/owns that site was one of their "poster children of success".

The high end "S" class ones are, the cheap ones are not. Find someone with a wholesale account and you can get them for $70-$90. They retail for almost $100 more than that.
