I just wanted to let yall know if you are attending Sifu Hartsells seminar in Buda,Texas that I will see yall there and hope to meet other JKD folks that I've yet to meet and train with.

I've trained with Sifu and let me be honest...if you are even thinking about doing grappling...practice JKD or want to see how to make Sport positions a little more street effective....he is the man that has researched the field and put together a sweet science for JKD folks.

It is entering...trapping...grappling...takedowns...fini shes...but smooth and flowing like JKD should be.
