    Default Kyushin Ryu Kenjutsu

I am hoping to locate a dojo for the Kyushin Ryu Kenjutsu. Any address or contact information would be wonderful, even if it is Japanese that will be okay.

    Cheers,

    John

Hehe...the only place I knew of that taught it was your dojo in Columbia.

Sorry I can't be of any help.

There are Kyushin Ryu Iaido/Kenjutsu students on the east coast of the USA and in Colorado-Wyoming, but they are very hard to find. I have been taught five Iaido katas and some of the kenjutsu drills. This style is very different (and I believe better) than most style out there. Keep practicing what you have, it is a treasure.

The narcissism of small differences is especially true in the martial arts.

I'm more curious as to why he has a picture of Toby Threadgill from an old Bugei Trading ad as his avatar.... I wonder if Toby and James Williams know he's using their copyrighted material.
