Jeon Sa ui Bang Bub
Method (bang bub) of Jeon Sa.
Where Jeon Sa can have different meanings, depending on the hanja (Chinese characters) it was derived from. But it probably means something like soldier or military.

Just an add on
Klaas is correct - there are 2 possible meanings depending on the Chinese characters used. "Bahng Bub" means "method". The first part is where there could be a different meaning. One - "war casualty" Two - "warrior" or "soldier". The meaning depends on which Chinese character for the "sah" is used. In this forum and context, I doubt that it means "casualty's method". It probably means "soldier's method".
I would probably spell it phonetically "Juhn Sah Uh-ee Bahng Bub".
