So what was wrong with my image link? I used the image button and pasted the URL (it's automatic - how could I have screwed that up?), and everytime I bring up this thread, I can darn sure see the picture with no problem. So what's the deal, and how do I avoid the problem in the future?

I uploaded one of the images only because it was funny and wanted it to show. the reason why the link did not work with either of your original posts is that the server it was hosted on has "anti-leech" software that prevents direct linking to images hosted on that server.

What would you say if you have written something more or less weird and I would write that you have to be stoned or I would post "special" photos?
