    Default Dai Shi Liu He Xin Yi Quan

    Hi,

    New here to the forum, my name is Jon Dyer, I am 31 years old and come from Lower Hutt, New Zealand.

    I have been practicing martial arts since I was 14 and CMA since I was 18. For t past 13 years I have practiced Bei Shaolin Quan, Xing Yi Chuan, Chin Na, Xin Yi Liu He Quan (Luoyang and Mai Zhuangtu style) and also Dai Shi Liu He Xin Yi Quan (from Shanxi).

    I am currently only concentrating on Dai Xin Yi (taugt to me by grand master, Yan Long Chang) and I also hope to restart my BJJ training as soon as time permits and old injuries settle down.
