Bragging on my niece's armbar
The funniest thing happened this past weekend while my 6 year old niece was visiting. I was laying on my back on the couch watching TV and she was hanging from my left arm trying to pull it to the ground. I was basically doing a one sided fly with her as the weight. No biggie, she only weighs about 50 pounds. She would hang from my arm and try to pull it down and I would resist and pull her all the way up and onto my chest. Much giggling and laughter. Then, out of nowhere she swings her legs up and wraps them around my shoulder and uses her whole body to straighten my arm out. I just happened to be relaxing and lowering her to floor at the time. She put me in a freaking armbar!!! Locked it out good too! A swift tickle of the foot made her release, but for a few seconds I actually felt strain on my elbow! As a side note, she spent most of her visit punching and kicking my Wavemaster XXL. She's going to be a tough one!

If I end up in VA, I can start her doing Olympic lifting. I'll get her strong and powerful, you teach her technique and she will be kicking everyone's *** by age 14! LOL

That would be hilarious. She already has endurance. She can swim the length of an Olympic sized pool! Now all she needs is a boxing coach!
