    Has training/practicing aikido changed the way you perform other physical activities?

    I notice tai sabaki and body unification (hip nips and finger tips in the same direction / same hand same foot) in mondane things, like getting milk out of the frige or closing a car door

    I didn't notice it at first, but yes, like it takes less effort to cut meat, mop the floor etc. I find that incorporating aikido principles into everyday chores helps me practice while not on the mats.
