No, not racially offensive to me.
I didn't find it racially offensive. Obviously it's meant to be comedic (but I didn't find it funny), but I don't know if the point is to make an analogy to white people understanding tigers/blacks or if it was suppose to be making the 'caged zoo tiger' into a metaphor of black American life.
If it was about whites relating to black experience, whatever.
If it was a metaphorical 'tiger/black' intention....then I'm not too comfortable with the idea that (and again this is SPECULATION not accusation) the black american communit is just waiting for a white person to fall into their neighborhood to be 'eaten' up.People demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use.

It's a Joke!!! It is 'edgy' and he's trying hard to be topical. Trying too hard and only a little funny. But still a joke. If anything it is more stereotypical/mocking of black speech. Reminds me of the house keeper in "Being There", but less dignified. People need to keep their sense of humour.

Naa, didn't bother me. Didn't really find it that funny though; I was proud of myself for being able to sit through the clip.
Metaphors aside, I do find it hilarious when people pi$$ off animals and wind up getting crushed though.

I wasn't offended at all. It is satire, but I believe the comparison between tigers locked in a cage and blacks living in the 'hood is TOTALLY invalid. At least poor folks have the means to get out of their cage in this country, if they are motivated to do so. Being exposed to constant "hate" and "failure" speech does NOTHING to motivate them though.
I did appreciate the satirical reference to zoo animals being fed-up with getting poked with a stick, reacting in an entirely predictable manner, and then being put-down because of their natural reaction. Reminds me of the tragedy of Steve Irwin, the Grizzly Bear Guy, and others who have lost their lives in that way.

Not too funny, pretty annoying but not racist. I will say that it has some racist overtones but I think they are just common to that type of comedy.
