    Those are cool. It is interesting to see the line between what would be 'tactical' and 'ceremonial' movements today wasn't nearly as distinct in days of yore. It is good to remember than many of the movements seen only in parades and the like today were battlefield skills in the past.

    The manual of arms for pistol, for example, includes not only mundane drill things like 'raise' and 'order' pistol, but also 'fire'!
