Boxing Basics w/ Russ Anber
A friend that has been boxing for 20+ years recommended this video series as good reference material: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uelw3...eature=related
It turns out that the trainer in the video is Russ Anber, and the kid grew up to be David Lemeiux 23-0 (22KOs).

I am barely a novice with boxing skill or knowledge, but I thought fans of the sport may like the vids.

Jiu-Jitsu - like chess, except you get to choke people.
