Default Anyone familiar with the Soft Judo DVD

    This one

    http://www.softjudo.com/

I'm wondering if anyone here has viewed this video and what their opinion of it is.

$149.00 is a lot of dough.

    Is it worth it?

I have seen the video advertised as well, and have been curious about it. Yeah, $149 is a lot of money for any DVD and I'd definitely like to learn a lot more about it before I were to purchase.

I'd like to hear impressions of it myself. Maybe inquire over at the Judo Forum?

Of course, (and here's an honest question), how useful is video learning? Is it a valuable supplement to technique?
