That seems very similar, except our horse has the arms at the sides ready for punching techniques. I find your school intriguing. Does it have a website by any chance?

As with anything physical, only time & practice AND most importantly correct structure will take care of that. Assuming your structure is correct, your muscles have to learn something new. Learning isn't always a comfortable task.

Actually I preferred the plain ol' red pack Pandas & the orange softdrink there at Shaolin. That stuff was liquid magic after going up & down the mountain there to Dat Mo's cave.
