Kukkiwon Website Registration
I have made numerous attempt to register for an account at the Kukkiwon media Center with no success. Has anyone been able to create an account for the media center or the Kukkiwon Website?

I hope that you are running good anti-virus/anti-malware software on your PC. Korean sites (even big sites like newspapers) are notorious for dispensing malware.
