Russ,
First Thank You for posting this, it is enjoyable.
To me it appeared they were throwing at less than full force. Understandable on hard wood floors. Do they always train on wood, or do they use mats during normal training?
Also, I'm curious, how old were the two men, it's hard to tell if there around 30 or an older guy like me who would probably not want to fall on wood to often.
Was this purely a demo or was it some sort of competition for who could perform the best?
