2012 May 5th, Shinto Muso Ryu jo demonstration at Nagoya Castle
Again...unlisted on Youtube.
This is my Shinto Muso Ryu Jo group demonstrating at Nagoya castle. I tore my pectoral muscle in Judo the week before this embu....so not my best demonstration. Afterwards I nearly passed out from pain. Ibuprofen is a miracle....until it wears off.
