    Thanks Russ. Keen observers will note that several participants were in last year's demo, which Russ also filmed. As he has kindly done so in HD, these clips are well worth viewing in fullscreen. Also, see the others that he has made at the same venue, of assorted other Arts. Long poles, sharp pointy things and a wide variety of prancing pyjamas.. enough to keep a martial arts fan happy for hours.
