Mouth guards, eye protection and escrima sticks

It's way past time to replace my mouth piece. Technology seems to have changed quite a bit since my last purchase. As usual, the selection is vast. Does anyone have a favorite double mouth guard that they just love? I'm a smaller woman, so I sometimes need 'youth' mouth guards, or at least adult small. I don't do any heavy duty fighting, just sparring in class/local tournaments.

Thought I would try some eye protection this time around as well. I have a basic sparring headgear but want to add some after-market eye protection. Don't really want to buy a whole new head piece to get eye coverage. Again... any favorites out there?

And lastly, Escrima/Arnis. Rattan, bamboo, peeled, unpeeled? Who knew there were so many choices for a stick. What's your personal choice?

My new favorite mouthpiece is the shock-doctor with the gel insert from century. The gel insert makes it stay in the mouth when you kiap.
